Job summary

FirstCash is seeking entry-level, full-time Retail Sales Associates for pawn store locations nationwide. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and help maintain a welcoming shop floor. You’ll earn an hourly wage plus commissions on transactions, with potential to increase earnings through performance.

We offer benefits such as earned wage access, 401k options, and employee discounts. Stores typically open 9 AM–6 PM, with some locations closed on Sundays.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: high school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Experience with cash handling and basic math is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to determine needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Process sales and loan transactions following policies and procedures.
• Maintain clean, stocked sales floor and displays; operate POS system.
• Provide excellent customer service and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
