Job summary

FirstCash, Inc. is seeking entry-level, full-time Retail Sales Associate at pawn store locations nationwide. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and help with transactions.

Earned Wage Access is available from day two, with an 2-8% commission plan based on personal performance. Typical schedule supports the store hours (9AM–6PM in many locations) with opportunities for up to 8% commission on transactions, plus benefits and 401k eligibility after six months.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work extended periods including standing and lifting.
• Able to work flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, process sales and loans.
• Maintain clean, stocked sales floor and displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items per policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
• Complete training and participate in store duties as assigned.
