Job summary

FirstCash, Inc. is seeking entry-level, full-time Retail Sales Associates for our pawn store locations across the United States. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and provide friendly service while handling cash and POS transactions.

The role offers an hourly wage plus commission on transactions, with Earned Wage Access and generous benefits including health coverage, 401k, tuition reimbursement, and employee discounts. Flexible shifts and weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Cash handling experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with customers to develop rapport and recommend solutions.
• Performs sales and loan transactions in accordance with policies.
• Keeps the sales floor clean, stocked, and maintains displays.
• Answers incoming calls as per company standards.
• Supports customers with accurate information and problem resolution.
