FirstCash, Inc. is seeking entry-level, full-time sales associates at our pawn store locations nationwide. You will greet customers, process loans and transactions, and support the team in both lending and retail operations.

As a Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate, you’ll handle jewelry and general merchandise, earn commission on top of hourly pay, and enjoy benefits like Earned Wage Access, 401k, and tuition reimbursement. Flexible shifts include weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum Age: 18 years old.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Strong desire to work, serve customers and be team‑oriented.
• Ability to work with firearms and to become firearms certified (in some locations).
• Cash handling experience is preferred.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with all customers to develop a rapport and recommend solutions.
• Performs sales and loan transactions in accordance with policies.
• Keeps the sales floor clean, stocked and displays merchandise.
• Answers incoming calls per company standards.
• Communicates the legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions.
• Works with coworkers to create a positive customer experience.
• Completes assigned training and other duties as needed.
