Job summary

Scandinavian Designs - Dania Furniture in the United States is seeking a Sales Associate for a full-time role. The position includes a training wage with paid bi-weekly, followed by continuous base pay with unlimited commission on sales.

You will deliver friendly, consultative service, process transactions, and support deliveries while keeping the showroom inviting. The ideal candidate has 6 months to 2+ years in sales or customer service, strong communication, and flexibility to work days,

Qualifications

• 6 months to 2+ years of sales, retail, or customer service experience encouraged.
• Excellent communication and professional sales presentation skills.
• Available to work a mix of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs., bend, kneel, and use hand tools for assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service with a consultative approach.
• Maximize sales growth in a commission-based environment.
• Process sales transactions, schedule deliveries, and handle after-sale service.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming showroom.

Scandinavian Designs - Dania Furniture is looking for a Sales Associate with the opportunity to earn unlimited sales commissions!

Job Type: Full-time - Hourly/Non-Exempt

Training wage: $18.45 - $22.00 / hr for three months. Paid Bi-Weekly!

Post Training: Continuous base pay of $18.45, PLUS unlimited commission on sales!
