Scandinavian Designs and Dania Furniture is seeking a Sales Associate to join our expanding team. You will provide exceptional customer service, drive sales in a commission-based environment, and manage transactions and deliveries.

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service with a consultative approach
• Maximize sales growth in a commission-based environment
• Process sales transactions, schedule deliveries, and handle after-sale service
• Maintain a clean and welcoming showroom
• Become an expert in our products and services through training
• Assist with store opening/closing procedures and support warehouse/delivery teams

Who You Are:

• 6 months to 2+ years of sales, retail, or customer service experience encouraged
• Excellent communication and professional sales presentation skills
• Available to work a mix of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs., bend, kneel, and use hand tools for assemblies
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; experience in interior design or consulting is a plus

Job Type:

Full-time - Hourly/Non-Exempt

Training wage:

$16.50 /hr - $18.00 / hr for three months! Paid bi-weekly!

Post Training Rate:

Continuous base pay of $14.00 PLUS uncapped commission!
