Scandinavian Designs and Dania Furniture in Brandon, FL is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver friendly, consultative service and drive in-store sales. You will participate in a 3-month training, then move to a base pay of $14.00/hour with uncapped commission, in a collaborative showroom environment.

This role requires 6 months to 2+ years in sales or customer service, weekend/evening availability, ability to lift up to 30 lbs, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 2+ years of sales, retail, or customer service experience encouraged.
• Excellent communication and professional sales presentation skills.
• Available to work a mix of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs., bend, kneel, and use hand tools for assemblies.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; experience in interior design or consulting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service with a consultative approach.
• Maximize sales growth in a commission-based environment.
• Process sales transactions, schedule deliveries, and handle after-sale service.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming showroom.
• Become an expert in our products and services through a 3-month training.

Training Wage:

$16.50/hr - $18/hr for three months! Paid Bi-weekly!

Post Training Wage:

Continuous base pay of $14.00/hr PLUS uncapped commission!
