Scandinavian Designs - Dania Furniture in Bend, OR is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team. You will provide excellent customer service, process sales, schedule deliveries, and help maintain a welcoming showroom.

This full-time, non-exempt position offers a competitive hourly wage with uncapped commission, health benefits, 401k, PTO, merchandise discounts, and training to become product experts. Schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 2+ years of sales, retail, or customer service experience encouraged.
• Excellent communication and professional sales presentation skills.
• Available to work a mix of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs., bend, kneel, and use hand tools for assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service with a consultative approach.
• Maximize sales growth in a commission-based environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Training Wage: $16.50 - $18.00 / hr - paid bi-weekly!

Post Training Wage: Continuous base pay of $15.55/ hr PLUS uncapped commission!
