Nestlé USA in Arlington is seeking a Neighborhood Grocery Sales Analyst to join the Sales Analytics team. You will serve as the analytical expert for the customer team, delivering data, insights, and reporting to support strategic decisions and grow Nestlé brands.

You’ll work with syndicated data, build 4P reporting, and create compelling presentations for account teams. The role requires 18+ months in retail sales analytics and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of experience in retail sales or a related sales environment focused on sales reporting and analytics.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (XLOOKUPs, pivots, etc.).
• Intermediate skill in AI (Copilot, Claude, etc.) and AI in analytics.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and time-management abilities.
• Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comprehensive understanding of 4P sales fundamentals.

Responsabilités

• Proactively generate actionable insights that support current business needs, inform strategic decisions, and drive profitable brand and category performance.
• Provide analytical recommendations and identify opportunities through syndicated data and other data resources.
• Exhibit category expertise by maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the category and broader business landscape.
• Utilize data visualization and storytelling to build sales presentations.
• Build & maintain 4P reporting & tools essential to day-to-day operations.
• Pull data for ad hoc analysis from various sources including syndicated data, retailer platforms, and internal resources.
