Nestlé USA is seeking a Neighborhood Grocery Sales Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that support category growth and strengthen Nestlé brand performance in grocery channels. The role focuses on leveraging syndicated data, building 4P reports, and delivering clear, compelling analyses to the account team.

Collaborate with Customer Account Managers to meet sales objectives and drive market share.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 18 months in retail sales analytics or related sales environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Excel (XLOOKUPs, pivots, etc.) and AI applications in analytics.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and time-management abilities.
• Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Superior verbal and written communication; ability to present complex information clearly.
• Understanding of 4P sales fundamentals.

Responsabilités

• Proactively generate actionable insights that support current business needs and drive category performance.
• Provide analytical recommendations using syndicated data and other data resources.
• Maintain category expertise and understand the broader business landscape.
• Use data visualization and storytelling to build sales presentations.
• Build and maintain 4P reporting and tools for daily account team operations.
• Pull data for ad hoc analysis from various sources.
