Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks on route.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Retail Team Manager with daily route operations, ensuring service quality and profitability.
• Coach and train merchandisers to maintain company standards.
• Fill in for open or vacation routes to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Load, deliver, and merchandise beverages, snacks, coffee, and perishable items to client locations.
• Verify orders, reconcile variances, and maintain delivery and inventory records.
• Execute promotions and plan-o-grams per corporate directions.
• Maintain FIFO inventory and ensure product freshness and safety.
