Job summary

Michaels Stores in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a Store Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and ensure quick, friendly checkouts. You will assist with truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store to deliver our Brand Promises.

Role includes engaging customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollment, and supporting omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS, while adhering to SOPs and safety

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs).
• Maintain store recovery, merchandise returns, and in-stock conditions.
