Job summary

Michaels Worcester Store is seeking an energetic retail teammate to help customers find products and enjoy a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram duties while supporting BOPIS/SFS and rewards enrollments.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and adherence to SOPs in a climate-controlled retail environment. Availability for nights, weekends, and early mornings is required.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Engage customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Stocking, truck unload, and planogram duties.
• Maintain in-stock, recovery, and go-back processes; ensure well-merchandised store.
