Job summary

Michaels Worcester is seeking team members to deliver friendly, efficient customer service and help customers find products throughout the store. You will handle checkout, engage customers in loyalty programs, and participate in BOPIS/Ship From Store processes while supporting truck unloading and shelf replenishment.

Physical requirements include standing for long periods and lifting while ensuring a safe, welcoming shopping environment. Evening and weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Cash handling and POS familiarity a plus.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling.
• Engage customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS & SFS) and store recovery duties.
• Stocking, truck unloading, and planogram execution to keep the store in stock.
