Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Boynton Beach, FL is seeking a Part-time Replenishment Team Member to help customers shop, unload trucks, stock shelves, and ensure a well-merchandised store. You’ll engage customers, perform cash handling, and participate in store recovery and planogram duties.

The role emphasizes friendly service, adherence to SOPs, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Comfort with standing, lifting, and stocking shelves.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and help customers locate products.
• Ensure fast and friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling.
• Unload trucks and stock merchandise, maintain store recovery and planograms.
• Support omni-channel processes (BOPIS/SFS) and participate in SISO/AD set duties.
• Assist with shrink control, safety programs, and SOP adherence.
