Job summary

Michaels Worcester, MA store is seeking a friendly team member to deliver outstanding customer service, help shoppers locate products, and provide a fast, courteous checkout experience.

You will participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram maintenance, support Omni channel processes (BOPIS and Ship From Store), manage merchandise recovery, and promote the Michaels Rewards program while upholding store standards and safety.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform light physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
