Job summary

Michaels in Boynton Beach, FL is seeking a friendly Store Associate to assist customers, ring up purchases, and keep the store well stocked. Youll help shoppers find products, enroll customers in rewards and credit programs, and support efficient checkout with accurate cash handling.

Additionally, you will participate in truck unloads, stocking, planograms, and Omni channel processes like BOPIS and SFS, while helping maintain safety and shrink control.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS)
• Stocking, truck unloading, and planogram (POG) processes
• Store recovery and in-stock maintenance, returns go-back handling
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies
• Interact professionally with customers and team members
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
