Job summary

Michaels Stores in Miami, FL is seeking store team members to assist customers, stock shelves, and keep the checkout area efficient. You’ll help customers shop, locate products, and ensure a fast, friendly experience at the register.

The role involves unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, maintaining planograms, supporting omnichannel tasks like BOPIS and SFS, and upholding safety and SOPs. Must be 16 or older, with retail or customer service experience preferred, and availability for nights,

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Availability for nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout with cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on Reward program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments
• Educate customers on VOC surveys
• Assist with BOPIS and SFS omnichannel processes
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
• Maintain in-stock merchandise and store recovery to support Brand Promises
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies
