Job summary

Michaels Daytona Beach, FL is hiring a store associate to deliver friendly service, help customers find products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience. You will assist with stocking, planograms, and merchandise recovery to maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store.

Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience and are comfortable engaging customers with the Michaels Rewards program and omni-channel services like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods; lift/move heavy boxes.
• Must be 16 years or older and able to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with shopping, locate products, and offer solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Promote Michaels Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards; enroll customers.
• Support with stocking, planograms, and merchandise recovery to keep store well-merchandised.
