Job summary

Michaels Palm Beach-Boca Raton store is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure fast checkout. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and participating in planograms to keep the store well merchandised and in stock.

Team members will engage customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments, support BOPIS and SFS, and follow SOPs while upholding store safety and shrink programs.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and accurate cash handling.
• Educate customers on Michaels Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Maintain in-stock store and merchandise recovery; complete returns/go backs as needed.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs.
