Job summary

TD is seeking a Sales Support Manager I in Mount Laurel, New Jersey, to lead the strategy and execution of Retail program sales efforts across the Retail network. You will drive end-to-end sales journeys, optimize performance, and strengthen client relationships while coordinating cross-functional teams.

You will manage budgets, report on program results, and develop analytical capabilities within the staff, enabling data-driven decisions and measurable outcomes for store networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or progressive work experience beyond the listed requirements.
• 5-7 years of related experience in sales support or retail programs.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience with Agile environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages the day-to-day responsibilities of an assigned budget.
• Develops store level communication and results reporting for Retail Sales Programs.
• Develops staff analytical capability and provides training opportunities.
• Plans, forecasts and analyzes short and long-term sales development strategies and financial goals.
• Coordinates Company resources and outside resources to support sales development activities.
• Participates in special projects as required.
