Job summary

TD in Mount Laurel, New Jersey, is seeking a Specialized Human Resources Manager to develop effective policies and programs and act as a subject matter expert in their area. You will serve as a key contact and guide complex issues across HR, partnering with HR colleagues to align programs with business needs.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of related experience, strong communication and presentation skills, and a customer-service orientation.

Qualifications

• 7+ Years of related experience.
• In depth knowledge of a specialized Human Resources function.
• Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to deal with all levels of management.
• Strong Customer service orientation and ability to establish strong working relationships with internal and external clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop proposals / recommendations related to policies and practices within own specialized area.
• Serve as key contact for HR policies and practices.
• Work on a range of complex issues / programs / policies in day-to-day HR management.
• Support the integration / implementation of HR programs across client groups.
• Collaborate with HR partners to ensure business needs are met.
• Monitor and communicate effectiveness of HR strategies and programs.
• Provide input to the department's business plan and monitor results.
• Lead action planning to address employee survey results.
