Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day responsibilities of an assigned budget and report results to Retail Sales Programs.
• Develop staff analytical capability through training and education.
• Provide oversight of Retail Sales Programs activities to achieve financial objectives.
• Plan, forecast and analyze short and long-term sales development strategies with Retail management.
• Coordinate resources for development, monitoring and review of Retail Sales Program results.
• Present sales priorities and decision plans to executive management and business lines.
