• Oversees company-wide Retail Sales Programs activities to meet financial objectives.
• Plans, forecasts and analyzes short- and long-term sales development strategies and goals.
• Provides analysis resources for development, monitoring and after-action reviews of results.
• Meets with business line leaders to determine sales priorities and presents options to executives.
• Ensures incentives and promotions are administered according to plan rules.
• Coordinates resources to support sales development activities.
• Participates in special projects as required.
