You will mentor teams, set direction, and drive strategic initiatives with enterprise partners while aligning risk and governance with TD's operating model.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree and 10+ years relevant experience.
• Experience scaling client engagement, CRM, marketing, or outreach to drive growth.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys across retail, digital, and omnichannel environments.
• Experience leveraging client data and segmentation to optimize engagement.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and related CRM technologies.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate objectives into actionable roadmaps and measurable results.
