This role emphasizes accurate production, safe operations, and steady productivity in a quota‑driven environment. You will assist in sorting, pricing, and producing items for the sales floor while complying with safety guidelines and quality standards.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow production processes and safety guidelines.
• Experience in retail, production, warehouse or customer-facing roles is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Sort, price, and prepare donated Softline and Hardline merchandise.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area.
• Support opening/closing routines and daily workflow in backroom and production.
• Use pricing tools or POS systems to ensure accurate pricing.
