The Retail Production Associate at Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. keeps backroom and production operations running smoothly by sorting, pricing, and preparing donated Softline and Hardline merchandise for the sales floor.

You work to meet quota-driven production goals while maintaining quality, safety, and process compliance. Under store management direction, you support daily workflow, open/close routines, and collaboration between production, backroom, and sales floor teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail, production, warehouse, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to follow established production processes and safety guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Sort, price, and prepare donated Softline and Hardline merchandise.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe production areas.
• Meet quota-driven production targets while upholding quality and safety.
• Use pricing tools/POS systems to ensure accurate pricing.
• Support daily production tasks and backroom operations.
