You will work in a quota-driven production environment, maintain safety standards, and support backroom operations to ensure timely shop readiness with quality output. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in retail, production, warehouse, or customer-facing roles preferred but not required.
• Experience with pricing tools, POS systems, or handling transactions preferred.
• Bilingual language skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare donated Softline and Hardline merchandise for the sales floor.
• Sort, tag, price, and produce merchandise according to standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe production areas.
• Support opening/closing routines and daily workflow in production/backroom.
