Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. in Franklin, TN is seeking a Retail Production Associate to prepare donated Softline and Hardline merchandise, sorting, pricing, and producing items for the sales floor.

You will work with a team to maintain a clean, safe production area, follow pricing guidelines, and support backroom operations. The role requires attention to detail and ability to handle physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Follow production processes with attention to detail and safety.
• Be able to stand, lift, and move items in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with pricing tools or POS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sort, tag, price, and prepare donated Softline and Hardline merchandise per standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe production/backroom areas.
• Support opening/closing routines related to production and backroom operations.
• Assist with material movement and coordination between production, backroom, and sales floor.
