Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. is seeking a part-time Retail Production Associate to support efficient store operations.

You will prepare donated Softline and Hardline merchandise, sort, price, and produce items for the sales floor, while maintaining safety and quality standards. You will work in a quota-driven environment, assisting with backroom production and ensuring merchandise is ready for display.

Qualifications

• Follow established production processes and safety guidelines.
• Work in a quota-driven environment with quality as priority.
• Maintain accuracy in sorting, pricing, and preparation of merchandise.
• Be flexible with evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
