Job summary

• Follow established production processes, procedures, and safety guidelines with consistency and attention to detail.
• Work accurately in a quota-driven environment where quality is the top priority.
• Maintain accuracy in sorting, pricing, and preparation of Softline and Hardline merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Accurately sort, tag, price, and prepare donated merchandise according to standards.
• Use pricing tools or POS systems for accurate pricing.
• Prepare merchandise to be shop-ready with proper presentation and compliance with guidelines.
• Support opening/closing routines and daily production workflow for store readiness.
• Assist with material movement, staging, and coordination between production, backroom, and sales floor areas.
