Goodwill Industries of Southern New Jersey and Phi is seeking a Production Manager at the Ewing, NJ location to lead the back production area and drive set production and sales goals. You will oversee daily production, lead a team of Retail Merchandise Processors, and uphold exceptional customer service aligned with the Goodwill brand.

The role requires managing store operations, mentoring staff, and ensuring compliance with policies while coordinating with the Store Manager to optimize product

Responsibilities

• Follow all Goodwill policies and safety procedures; maintain professional etiquette.
• Execute retail operations plan to meet growth, profit, revenue and production goals for the store.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, customer needs, and opening/closing.
• Coordinate with Store Manager to analyze product generation and monitor donations flow for budgeting.
• Make day-to-day decisions within your area to ensure smooth operations.
• Record production data daily and monitor KPIs to drive performance.
• Ensure compliance with Loss Prevention and Safety policies; implement changes as needed.
• Interview, hire, and develop top talent; manage performance of subordinates.
• Coordinate with other Goodwill divisions as required.
• Maintain a clean appearance and wear the issued uniform; ensure regular attendance.
