Goodwill Industries of Southern New Jersey and Philadelphia is seeking a Production Manager for the back production area, responsible for leading daily operations and achieving set production and sales goals.

You will build and retain high performing teams, maintain excellent customer service, and coordinate with the Store Manager to optimize product generation and loss prevention, while ensuring compliance and regular attendance.

Formación

• Two years work experience in retail management, preferably thrift.
• One year of customer service or public contact experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must possess professional etiquette.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee back production area and lead daily production.
• Direct and develop high performing teams to meet goals.
• Maintain excellent customer service and loyalty to the Goodwill brand.
• Interview, hire, and manage subordinates; coordinate with Store Manager.
