Job summary

Goodwill in Hamilton, NJ is seeking a Production Manager to lead the back production area, drive daily operations, and reach set production and sales goals. You will direct all aspects of production, supervise a team of Retail Merchandise Processors, and ensure outstanding customer service and brand loyalty.

The role is full-time, hourly, with benefits and a focus on leadership, cost control, and staff development within the Retail Team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow all Goodwill policies and safety procedures.
• Executes retail operations plan to achieve growth in daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly goals for profit, revenue, and production for a Retail Store location.
• Maintains the day to day operations of the store, including managing and meeting employee and customer needs and opening and closing of retail store.
• Coordinates with the Store Manager to analyze and develop innovative cost effective product generation; monitors product levels daily to achieve bottom line sales budget against targets.
• The Production Manager must also be able to identify where donations originate from when processing.
• Interviews, hires, and identifies top talent; proactively manages and reviews the performance and progress of subordinates.
• Maintains a clean and neat personal appearance; wears company uniform.
• Regular attendance is required.
