Job summary

The Production Manager at Goodwill Industries of Southern New Jersey and Philadelphia oversees the back production area, directing daily operations and leading a team of Retail Merchandise Processors to achieve production and sales goals.

You will partner with the Store Manager to optimize inventory, ensure loss prevention and safety standards, and deliver excellent customer service while maintaining Goodwill's brand values.

Qualifications

• Two years work experience in retail management, preferably thrift.
• One year of customer service or public contact experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee back production area and lead daily production, achieving set goals.
• Manage and mentor Retail Merchandise Processors to maintain high standards of service.
• Open and close store operations; ensure daily store needs are met.
• Coordinate with Store Manager to develop cost-effective product generation and monitor stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with Loss Prevention and Safety policies and procedures.
