Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Southern New Jersey and Phi is seeking a Production Manager for the Bordentown store to lead the back production area and achieve set production and sales goals. You will direct daily production, guide a team of Retail Merchandise Processors, and uphold excellent customer service to reinforce the Goodwill brand.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required with two years in retail management.
• Experience in leading teams and delivering strong customer service.
• Ability to manage store operations, schedules and performance.
• Knowledge of loss prevention and safety policies is expected.
• Ability to communicate clearly with staff and customers.

Responsibilities

• Follow all Goodwill policies and safety procedures.
• Executes retail operations plan to achieve growth in profit, revenue and production.
• Maintains day-to-day store operations including opening/closing and staff needs.
• Coordinates with Store Manager to optimize product generation and donations sourcing.
• Interviews, hires, and evaluates subordinates; manages performance.
• Ensures compliance with Loss Prevention and Safety policies.
• Regular attendance and professional appearance are required.
