Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Louisiana is seeking a Production Lead to support daily store operations and drive production performance to meet budget targets. You will serve as a supervisor when needed and help ensure smooth processing of donations into saleable inventory.

The role requires guiding a team to reach target garment output with quality standards, maintaining a clean, safe back-room, and presenting a positive image of Goodwill to the public.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 6 months supervisory experience or 90 days in the service industry preferred.
• Must read, write and communicate clearly in English.
• Able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store operation and production performance to meet or exceed budget.
• Act as supervisor when assigned by Store/Production Manager.
• Reach production goal guidelines (min 110 garments/hour with 90% quality).
• Maintain back-room production and a positive store image through appearance and conduct.
• Ensure safe back-room conditions and clean store environment.
• Observe and enforce company policies and safety procedures.
• Perform Production Associate duties when needed.
• Attend scheduled shifts as assigned.
