MERS Goodwill is hiring a Retail Processor for our Marion store. The role supports our mission and involves processing donations, pricing items, and assisting customers. You will work in a fast-paced environment that values diversity, integrity, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, coworkers and management.
• Must be organized and able to interact with a diverse workforce.

Responsibilities

• Handle all donations with care and respect.
• Sort donated and purchased goods into categories (sales floor, online, etc.).
• Inspect items for quality and determine disposition (sales, recycle, online).
• Identify and price items using AMI pricing software.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize shelves and merchandise.
• Provide positive customer service in person and over the phone.
• Build positive relationships with team members and leadership.
• Adhere to safety protocols and keep aisles clear.
