Staples is seeking Print Production Leads to manage in-store print orders submitted in-store, online, or via email. You will operate print equipment, produce proofs, and assist customers with quick edits, while ensuring quality and efficiency.

• Be the primary print producer for in-store, online, and email orders.
• Operate print equipment, generate proofs, and prepare samples for consultation.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by understanding needs and delivering quality service.
• Train and coach associates to assist in print production.
• Create and manage production workflow; set standards and processes for the team.
• Maintain machine functionality and organize orders and supplies.
• Perform additional duties such as cleaning and stocking as needed.
