Staples, Inc. is hiring Print Production Leads to manage and maintain the production workflow for print orders submitted in-store, online, or via email.

You will be the go-to person for machine operations and production processes, delivering high-quality prints and collaborating in a fun, team-oriented retail culture. Responsibilities include producing proofs, coordinating production, training associates, ensuring equipment functionality, and maintaining order workflow.

Responsibilities

• Be primary print producer for in-store, online, and email orders.
• Use print equipment, produce proofs and samples, design quick edits.
• Drive customer satisfaction with exceptional service and quality.
• Train and coach associates in print production.
• Create and manage production workflow and standards.
• Maintain machine functionality and organize supplies.
