Responsibilities

• Be the primary print producer for in-store, online, and email orders.
• Operate print equipment and produce proofs and samples for consultation.
• Design quick edits to meet customer needs and timelines.
• Drive customer satisfaction by understanding needs and delivering quality service.
• Train and coach associates in print production as needed.
• Create and manage production workflows and set standards for the team.
• Maintain machine functionality and stock organization (planograms).
• Flexibly take on other duties such as cleaning or stocking as assigned.
