Staples is seeking a Print Production Lead to manage and maintain the print workflow for in-store, online, and email orders. You will be the go-to person for machine operations, proofs, and production processes while contributing to a fun, team-oriented retail culture.

You will collaborate with associates to ensure high-quality print results, coach teammates, and maintain efficient production standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Be the primary print producer for in-store, online and email print orders.
• Operate print equipment, produce proofs and samples, perform quick edits.
• Improve customer satisfaction by understanding needs and delivering high-quality service.
• Train and coach associates for print production as needed.
• Create and manage production workflow, set standards and processes.
• Maintain machine functionality and organize completed orders and supplies.
• Assist with other duties as assigned (e.g., cleaning, stocking shelves).
