Responsibilities

• Be the primary print producer as customers submit print orders in-store, online and via email.
• Operate print equipment and produce proofs for consultation.
• Explain and edit designs to meet customer needs and quality standards.
• Train and coach associates in print production as needed.
• Create and manage production workflow and set team standards.
• Maintain machine functionality and organize finished orders and supplies.
• Support other duties as assigned, including stocking shelves and clean-up.
