• Operate print equipment and produce proofs and samples for consultation.
• Drive customer satisfaction through exceptional service and quality.
• Train and coach associates to assist in print production as needed.
• Create and manage production workflow and set standards for the team.
• Maintain machine functionality and organization of supplies and completed orders.
• Be flexible with duties, including cleaning and shelf stocking.
