Staples is seeking Print Production Leads to oversee the print workflow, operate equipment, and produce proofs for in-store, online, and email orders. You will train teammates, maintain standards, and ensure customer satisfaction through quality service.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary print producer for in-store, online, and email orders.
• Operate print equipment, produce proofs, and design quick edits.
• Drive customer satisfaction by assessing needs and delivering quality.
• Train and coach associates in print production as needed.
• Create and manage production workflow; set standards for the team.
• Maintain machine functionality and organize supplies and orders.
• Be flexible with duties, incl. cleaning and stocking shelves.
