Staples is seeking Print Production Leads to manage the print workflow and serve as the go-to in-store production expert. You will operate print machinery, review proofs, and assist customers with design edits while maintaining a high level of service in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will collaborate with team members, train associates, and help establish efficient production standards. This role requires flexibility, physical stamina, and a focus on quality in a customer-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary print producer as customers submit print orders in-store, online and through email.
• Use print equipment, produce proofs and samples for consultation, design quick edits.
• Drive customer satisfaction by assessing needs and providing exceptional service.
