Job summary

Epicor is seeking a Presales Solution Engineer for Retail to support the sales team with in-depth knowledge of our software requirements and business use cases. You will conduct demonstrations, document workflows, and tailor solutions for retail customers.

The role includes webinars, collaboration with Product Managers on potential product enhancements, and up to 50% domestic travel to engage with customers and partners. A background in e-commerce, POS, and payment solutions is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years presales experience in retail or equivalent retail operations.
• Experience in e-commerce, point-of-sales and payment solutions.
• Background in supporting both direct and channel sales.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or finance industries.
• Documented experience giving customer presentations/demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and conduct software demonstrations with the Sales team.
• Provide technical expertise by documenting processes and workflow analyses in retail opportunities.
• Consult with sales to provide solutions to customer requirements.
• Liaise with Product Managers to discuss potential product development.
• Conduct customer and prospect webinars.
• Travel up to 50% domestically.
