Job summary

Epicor is seeking a Solution Engineer in Retail to empower the sales force with deep technical knowledge of software demonstrations, e‑commerce, POS and payment solutions, and retail workflows.

You will partner with Sales to tailor solutions, document processes, analyze workflows, and coordinate with Product Management on potential enhancements. Expect to host webinars and travel up to 50% domestically.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of presales experience in retail or equivalent retail operations.
• Experience in e-commerce, point-of-sales and payment solutions.
• Proven success in supporting both direct and channel sales.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or finance industries.
• Documented experience delivering customer presentations and demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and conduct software demonstrations with the Sales team.
• Provide technical expertise by documenting processes and conducting workflow analysis in retail opportunities.
• Consult with sales to deliver optimal solutions to customer requirements.
• Act as a liaison with Product Managers to discuss potential product development.
• Conduct customer and prospect webinars.
• Up to 50% travel, domestic.
