Job summary

Datacore Technology Services is seeking a Solution Architect to design and deliver Epicor ERP solutions that align with client business objectives and existing processes. You will lead discovery, workshops, and architecture sessions with stakeholders and implementation teams to ensure functional and technical alignment across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Projects, and Service Management.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills to guide complex ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive ERP implementation experience with Epicor ERP or similar manufacturing ERP.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, finance, projects, and service management processes.
• Experience leading end-to-end ERP solution design and architecture efforts.
• Proven ability to manage ERP integrations, data migration, reporting, workflows, and security.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design Epicor ERP solutions addressing customer requirements and existing processes.
• Lead discovery and workshops to understand objectives, pain points, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to determine functional, technical, integration, and security needs.
• Define overall Epicor architecture and end-to-end operation across modules.
• Translate requirements into Epicor functionality with minimal customization.
• Identify gaps and propose standard solutions, configurations, or approved extensions.
• Provide guidance across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Projects, and Service Management.
• Conduct solution reviews, design discussions, demonstrations, and architecture sessions.
• Ensure scalable, secure, maintainable solutions aligned with best practices.
