Job summary

Epicor is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Retail to shape the direction of Propello and Epicor’s retail products. You will partner with Product, Sales, Sales Engineering, and Development to translate market insights into roadmap priorities and feature delivery.

You will drive growth, evaluate market opportunities, and translate customer needs into actionable requirements for Product Owner and development teams. This role requires strong retail domain knowledge and business judgment.

Qualifications

• Strong retail industry knowledge and understanding of retail workflows and market dynamics.
• Experience in product management, including roadmap management, backlog prioritization, and translating business needs into product direction.
• Excellent business judgment and prioritization skills based on market and business needs.
• Ability to connect software capabilities to business problems and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration with Product, Development, Sales, and Sales Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product leadership to shape retail product direction, roadmap priorities, backlog decisions, pricing, strategy, and commercialization.
• Drive Propello's growth by evaluating market opportunities and customer needs for product expansion.
• Prioritize feature requests based on retail business needs, sales demand, and customer value.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify product fit and gaps and translate market needs into actionable requirements.
• Support Eagle customers transitioning to Propello, identifying migration challenges and product gaps.
• Develop deep understanding of Epicor retail applications and communicate how capabilities solve business challenges.
• Provide direction across retail product pods and Product Owner teams, sharing market insight for prioritization.
